Overview:
Parts Catalogue Authoring
Responsibilities:
- Create, maintain, and update parts catalogues for vehicles across Global and European markets.

Analyse Engineering BOMs, technical drawings, and engineering data to ensure accurate catalogue content.

Implement engineering changes, part updates, supersessions, and running changes within the catalogue system.

Manage and maintain parts information.

Investigate and resolve customer, market, and logistics-related parts inquiries through detailed technical analysis.

Coordinate with Design, Engineering, and cross-functional teams to validate technical updates and part applicability.

Ensure catalogue quality, accuracy, and compliance with project and company standards.

Support new vehicle after-sales operations by providing accurate spare parts information and technical guidance.

Deliver projects with high quality while consistently meeting On-Time Delivery (OTD) targets.

Contribute to continuous process improvements to enhance catalogue efficiency and data accuracy.
Qualifications:
BE Mechanical
Essential skills:
Must have good hands on experience in Technical Publications authoring
Hands-on experience in Authoring Tools, like Adobe Indesign.
Good hands-on exp on Teamcenter, BOM.
Basic knowledge of Automobiles.
Knowledge of Service manual / Owner’s manual / Parts catalogue
Experience:
1 to 5 years
