Job Title: STP Operator (Sewage Treatment Plant)

Job Summary
We are looking for a responsible and experienced STP Operator to operate, monitor, and maintain the Sewage Treatment Plant (STP). The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in wastewater treatment operations, equipment maintenance, and ensuring compliance with environmental and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor the Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) on a daily basis.
- Monitor pumps, blowers, motors, valves, filters, and dosing systems.
- Check and record operational parameters such as pH, DO, TDS, MLSS, flow rate, and chlorine levels.
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance of plant equipment.
- Ensure proper chemical dosing and treatment process efficiency.
- Maintain daily logbooks, operational records, and maintenance reports.
- Coordinate with the maintenance team for breakdowns and repairs.
- Ensure safe handling of chemicals and adherence to environmental regulations.
- Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping of the STP area.
Eligibility Criteria
- ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Environmental Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience as an STP/ETP/WTP Operator.
- Knowledge of wastewater treatment processes and plant operations.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts, if required.
- Basic troubleshooting and record-keeping skills.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of STP equipment and water quality testing.
- Understanding of safety procedures and environmental compliance.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
