The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the marketing team in creating visually compelling designs, producing engaging content, and managing communication between internal teams and external vendors. The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, and has excellent project management skills to ensure timely delivery of marketing campaigns and materials.
Preference –
- Should have prior experience in F&B
- Should be well-versed with Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, AI led creative generation
Design & Content Creation:
- Develop visually appealing marketing collateral, including brochures, social media graphics, digital ads, presentations, and other promotional materials.
- Assist in creating content for various platforms, including social media, email newsletters, websites, and print materials.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to maintain brand consistency in all designs and messaging.
- Stay updated on design trends and suggest innovative approaches to campaigns.
- Should be able to create mood-boards and conduct phone-led shoots and effectively coordinate agency and internal shoots.
Content Writing & Copywriting:
- Write and edit engaging copy for digital and print content, including blogs, social media posts, email campaigns, and website updates.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure that content aligns with the brand’s tone, voice, and objectives.
Coordination & Communication:
- Act as the point of contact between the internal marketing team and external vendors (designers, printers, agencies, etc.) to manage deliverables and ensure alignment with project goals.
- Work closely with internal departments (sales, products, customer service) to gather input and ensure that marketing materials meet cross-departmental needs.
- Coordinate timelines, feedback, and revisions for marketing projects, ensuring timely execution.
Brand & Marketing Support:
- Support the marketing team in organizing promotional events.
- Assist in maintaining the company’s website and OTA’s, updating content, and ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Monitor the performance of marketing campaigns and provide suggestions for improvement based on analytics and feedback.
