Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a dynamic dance curriculum for students of different age groups.
- Teach various dance styles, including classical, contemporary, and folk dances.
- Choreograph dance routines for school performances and events.
- Assess and track students’ progress, providing feedback and guidance.
- Encourage creativity and self-expression among students.
- Organize and participate in dance competitions and other extracurricular activities.
- Collaborate with other faculty members to integrate dance with other subjects and activities.
- Maintain a safe and positive learning environment.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and techniques in dance education.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Dance, Performing Arts, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a dance teacher or instructor.
- Strong understanding of various dance styles and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to inspire and motivate students.
- Creativity and enthusiasm for teaching and choreographing.
- Patience and ability to work with students of all skill levels.
