Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, ensuring consistency in taste and presentation
- Plan daily menu execution based on demand and availability
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety
- Monitor portion control and minimize food wastage
- Supervise kitchen assistants and coordinate workflow
- Ensure timely preparation for orders and deliveries
- Check quality of ingredients and manage stock requirements
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Chef or Cook (preferably in Indian/Kerala cuisine)
- Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen operations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Leadership and team management skills
- Good understanding of food hygiene and safety standards
