Job Summary
Vritinfra Developers Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a proactive and result-oriented HR Executive to manage end-to-end HR operations for our construction business. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 year of HR experience and possess sound knowledge of recruitment, employee lifecycle management, statutory compliance, payroll coordination, and HR administration. Experience in the construction or infrastructure industry will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical positions.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave management, and personnel files.
- Coordinate monthly payroll inputs, attendance verification, overtime, and statutory deductions.
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, counselling, and conflict resolution.
- Support performance appraisal, probation reviews, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Prepare Weekly and Monthly Reports of Employees and reporting to the Management.
- Maintain HR policies, employment contracts, appointment letters, experience letters, and other HR documents.
- Coordinate exit formalities, full and final settlement, and exit interviews.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain confidentiality of employee information.
- Organize Campus Recruitment and arrange Training Programmes for students.
Required Qualifications
- MBA with specialization in Human Resources.
- 1 - 2 years of experience as an HR Executive.
- Experience in the construction, infrastructure, engineering, or real estate industry is preferred.
- Good understanding of labour laws and statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate with project sites.
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
