What's The Role?
The ideal candidate will support the Business Growth team across lead management, pipeline tracking, database management, coordination, reporting, and operational execution, enabling the front-end team to focus on client conversations, pitching, relationship management, strategic growth, and conversions.
This role is critical in reducing operational leakages, improving follow-up consistency, maintaining process discipline, and building a scalable business growth ecosystem.
If Selected, You Will Be Responsible For
1. Lead & Pipeline Management
- Maintain and regularly update the master pipeline sheet/CRM
- Track movement of leads and opportunities across the funnel
- Ensure visibility into:
o lead stages,
o ownership,
o follow-ups,
o next steps,
o timelines,
o pending actions
- Ensure no lead leakages or missed follow-ups
- Update meeting notes, statuses, and action trackers regularly
2. CRM, Database & Lead Management
- Build, maintain, and organise lead databases
- Conduct data scrubbing, validation, and database hygiene
- Segment and organise prospect information by industry, category, geography, etc.
- Maintain updated contact repositories for outreach and business development
- Support lead generation and prospect database building
3. Sales Operations & Coordination
- Support the Business Growth team with backend operational coordination
- Manage trackers, sales records, documentation, and proposal workflows
- Coordinate internally with content, design, finance, leadership, and other teams
- Support with:
o proposals,
o quotations,
o costing sheets,
o contracts,
o approvals,
o vendor coordination,
o deliverable follow-ups
- Ensure operational smoothness across the sales lifecycle
4. Goal & Task Tracking & Follow-Up Management
- Track pending actions across leads, proposals, and projects
- Follow up internally on deliverables, timelines, and dependencies
- Maintain accountability and momentum on active opportunities
- Ensure timely movement across all stages of the pipeline
5. Reporting & Sales Visibility
- Maintain sales dashboards, trackers, and reports
- Monitor funnel health and pipeline movement
- Provide visibility into:
o active leads,
o proposal status,
o conversions,
o closures,
o pending actions,
o pipeline value
- Support leadership with accurate reporting and sales visibility
What are we looking for?
- 1–3 years of experience in social listening, lead generation, database management, research, or similar roles.
- Comfort working with spreadsheets, trackers, databases, and structured information.
- Ability to balance attention to detail with curiosity and business thinking.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent practical experience is preferred.
You’ll be part of a collaborative, fast-moving team where ownership matters and deadlines are real. There’s variety, coordination, and plenty of teamwork, no two days look the same.
