- Oversee day-to-day production activities of VMC & CNC machines to ensure smooth workflow.
- Plan, schedule, and monitor production to meet delivery deadlines and maintain quality standards.
- Allocate work to operators and ensure optimum utilization of manpower, machines, and materials.
- Monitor machine performance, tool life, and ensure preventive maintenance schedules are followed.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide quick solutions to avoid downtime.
- Implement productivity improvement techniques, reduce rejections, and minimize wastage.
- Maintain production records, daily reports, and ensure adherence to ISO/quality standards.
- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, and Planning departments for achieving production targets.
- Train and guide operators for skill development and safe machine operation.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment.
