Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive to join our growing IT team in Bangalore. This is a full-time, office-based role focused on selling software subscription solutions to business clients. You will be responsible for managing the complete sales cycle, from lead qualification and client engagement to product demonstrations, negotiations, and deal closure.
Freshers with excellent communication skills and candidates with up to 3 years of experience in Inside Sales, Tele Sales, B2B Sales, Software Sales, or Subscription Sales are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Connect with prospective business clients through outbound and inbound calls.
- Understand customer business requirements and recommend suitable software subscription solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain product features and benefits.
- Manage the complete sales cycle, including lead qualification, follow-ups, negotiations, and deal closure.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Update customer interactions and sales activities in CRM.
- Achieve monthly sales targets while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Freshers or candidates with 0–3 years of experience in Sales, Inside Sales, Tele Sales, B2B Sales, or Software Sales.
- Good communication skills in English. Knowledge of Hindi or Kannada is an added advantage.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is preferred.
- Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and grow in B2B software sales.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
