We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive with experience in the Water & Wastewater Treatment Industry. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in industrial sales and be capable of generating new business opportunities for RO Plants, STP, ETP, Water Softeners, DM Plants, and Water Treatment Solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in industrial, commercial, pharmaceutical, food processing, hospital, hotel, and institutional sectors.
- Generate leads through field visits, cold calling, industrial networking, consultants, and EPC contractors.
- Promote and sell Industrial RO Plants, STP, ETP, Water Softeners, DM Plants, UF Systems, and related water treatment solutions.
- Conduct customer meetings, site visits, and technical discussions to understand client requirements.
- Prepare quotations and techno-commercial proposals in coordination with the technical team.
- Follow up on enquiries, negotiate commercial terms, and close sales orders.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure repeat business.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming industrial projects.
- Submit daily visit reports and maintain the sales pipeline.
Eligibility
- Graduate or Diploma (Technical qualification preferred).
- 2–3 years of experience in Sales & Marketing of Industrial RO Plants, STP, ETP, Water Softeners, DM Plants, or Water Treatment Systems.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and travel extensively for customer visits.
- Must possess a valid two-wheeler driving licence (preferred).
