Key Responsibilities
- Reconnect with old/dormant clients under supervision to identify new business opportunities.
- Research and identify potential clients through cold calling, online research, exhibitions, and networking activities.
- Assist in client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with prospects and maintain engagement.
- Work towards achieving assigned business development targets under the guidance of the Business Development Manager.
- Learn and support the complete business development cycle, from lead generation to deal closure.
- Maintain accurate client interaction records, reports, and pipeline updates in CRM/MIS systems.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Graduate/Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical/Electronics preferred) with a strong interest in Sales and Business Development.
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi; knowledge of Marathi will be an added advantage.
- Energetic, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
- Willing to travel for client meetings and business visits.
- Passionate about building a long-term career in B2B Sales and Business Development.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
