Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day store operations and ensure smooth functioning.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Lead, motivate, and develop the store team.
- Monitor staff performance and provide coaching and feedback.
- Ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards as per brand guidelines.
- Manage inventory, stock replenishment, and stock audits.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations professionally.
- Prepare sales reports and analyze store performance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Coordinate with the corporate team regarding sales, inventory, and operational requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 3–6 years of experience in retail store management, preferably in fashion or apparel.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding of sales, inventory, and retail operations.
- Proficiency in MS Office and retail POS systems.
