We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship offers hands-on experience in recruitment, employee engagement, onboarding, HR administration, and talent management. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, organized, and interested in building a career in Human Resources.
Responsibilities
- Assist with sourcing, screening, and scheduling candidates for interviews.
- Support recruitment activities and job posting management.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Assist with onboarding and orientation of new hires.
- Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and events.
- Help prepare HR reports and maintain databases.
- Respond to employee inquiries and provide administrative support.
- Perform other HR-related tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous internship, project, or coursework related to HR is a plus.
- Familiarity with recruitment platforms and HR software is an advantage.
