Job Title: Fundamental Research Analyst - Indian Stock Market
Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Research and Financial Analyst with a deep understanding of the Indian stock market. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical abilities, proficiency in analyzing company fundamental reports, and expertise in utilizing charting software such as Trading View. The candidate must also demonstrate a solid understanding of basic technical indicators, including RSI (Relative Strength Index) and MACD (Moving Average Convergence Divergence).
Responsibilities:
1. Company Fundamental Analysis:
--Conduct thorough analysis of company financial statements, balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Evaluate key financial ratios and metrics to assess the financial health and performance of companies.
2. Market Research:
- Stay abreast of economic indicators, market trends, and industry developments affecting the Indian stock market.
- Provide insights on macroeconomic factors impacting investment decisions.
3. Technical Analysis:
- Utilize charting software, specifically Trading View, to perform technical analysis on stocks and market indices.
- Apply technical indicators like RSI, MACD, moving averages, and other relevant tools to identify potential entry and exit points.
4. Risk Management:
- Assess and manage investment risks by incorporating risk analysis into investment strategies.
- Provide recommendations on risk mitigation strategies.
5. Report Generation:
- Prepare comprehensive research reports and investment recommendations for both internal and external stakeholders.
- Clearly communicate findings, insights, and recommendations in a concise and accessible manner.
6. Collaboration:
- Collaborate with other team members, traders, and investment professionals to exchange insights and refine investment strategies.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall research and analysis efforts.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field. Master's degree or relevant certifications (CFA, CA) is a plus.
2. Proven experience as a financial analyst, preferably with a focus on the Indian stock market.
3. Strong analytical and quantitative skills with a keen attention to detail.
4. Proficiency in using charting software like TradingView and demonstrated expertise in technical analysis tools (RSI, MACD, etc.).
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
