Job Summary
We are looking for a confident, organized, and client-focused Client Servicing Executive to join Talent Square, the artist management division of Touchwood Entertainment Limited.
The candidate will be responsible for managing client communication, understanding entertainment requirements, coordinating artist options, preparing proposals, following up on leads, and ensuring smooth execution of client requirements from initial enquiry to final delivery.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and relationship-management skills, a professional approach, strong follow-up abilities, and an interest in the entertainment and artist management industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming client enquiries and understand their entertainment and artist requirements.
- Communicate with clients through calls, WhatsApp, email, and meetings in a professional manner.
- Understand event details, artist preferences, budget, location, date, audience profile, and other requirements.
- Suggest suitable artists and entertainment options based on client requirements and budget.
- Coordinate with the Artist Management and Sales teams to prepare suitable artist options and proposals.
- Prepare and share artist profiles, presentations, quotations, and commercial proposals with clients.
- Follow up regularly with prospective and existing clients regarding proposals and requirements.
- Maintain proper records of client enquiries, follow-ups, proposals, negotiations, and confirmations.
- Coordinate with artists, artist managers, agencies, production teams, and internal departments as required.
- Ensure that all client requirements and commitments are properly communicated to the relevant internal teams.
- Assist in negotiating commercials and closing bookings in coordination with the concerned manager.
- Maintain strong and professional relationships with existing clients.
- Handle client queries and resolve concerns promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate the confirmation process, including artist availability, commercial terms, booking details, and other relevant requirements.
- Ensure timely collection and sharing of necessary information and documents from clients.
- Coordinate with the operations/artist management team to ensure smooth delivery of confirmed bookings.
- Keep clients updated regarding booking status, artist requirements, schedules, and other relevant information.
- Maintain an updated database of clients, prospects, contacts, and business opportunities.
- Track pending follow-ups and ensure timely communication with all prospective clients.
- Support the team in generating repeat business and developing long-term client relationships.
- Identify potential business opportunities through existing networks, referrals, and client interactions.
- Participate in client meetings, presentations, and business discussions whenever required.
- Prepare regular reports regarding enquiries, follow-ups, proposals, conversions, and pending business.
- Maintain confidentiality of client information, commercial terms, artist fees, and company information.
- Perform any other client servicing or business-related responsibilities assigned by the Management from time to time.

Qualification & Experience
- Graduate in any discipline; a degree/diploma in Event Management, Hospitality, Business Management, Marketing, or a related field will be preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in client servicing, sales, business development, event management, hospitality, artist management, entertainment, or a related industry preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong interest in the entertainment industry may also be considered.
