Job Vacancy: Office Assistant / Peon
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Office Assistant / Peon to support our day-to-day office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Handle bank-related work such as cheque deposits, document submissions, and other banking errands.
* Perform field work including visits to government offices, vendors, clients, and service providers as required.
* Assist with office administration and daily operational tasks.
* Deliver and collect documents, parcels, and office materials.
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of office premises.
* Support staff with photocopying, filing, scanning, and other clerical duties.
* Assist in arranging meetings, refreshments, and office supplies.
Requirements:
* Minimum qualification: Higher Secondary (preferred).
* Prior experience in a similar role will be an advantage.
* Basic understanding of banking procedures and office work.
* Honest, punctual, and responsible.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Valid two-wheeler driving license preferred.
