Job Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly revenue targets.
- Convert enquiries into consultations and program enrollments.
- Handle walk-in, phone, WhatsApp, and online leads professionally.
- Develop sales strategies to increase admissions and customer retention.
- Follow up with prospective clients and maintain the CRM database.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to maximize lead conversions.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Train and mentor sales executives to improve performance and customer service.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in healthcare, wellness, fitness, education, or service industries.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Experience in team handling and achieving sales targets.
- Knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Excel.
- Customer-focused with excellent interpersonal skills.
