Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance.
- Reconcile bank accounts, vendor accounts, and customer accounts.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare and review journal entries, ledgers, and balance sheets.
- Coordinate internal and statutory audits.
- Ensure timely filing of GST returns, TDS returns, and other statutory reports.
- Monitor cash flow and prepare MIS reports for management.
- Maintain fixed asset records and depreciation schedules.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
- Coordinate with banks, auditors, and government authorities.
- Supervise junior accounting staff and review their work.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), M.Com, CA Inter, or MBA (Finance).
- 5–10 years of experience in accounting and finance.
- Experience in manufacturing or industrial companies is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and ROC compliance.
- Proficiency in Tally Prime, Busy, or ERP software.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
