Job Summary
We are seeking a detail‑oriented and responsible Accountant to manage daily financial operations of our diagnostic and healthcare facility. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles, hands‑on experience in bookkeeping, and the ability to handle financial tasks with accuracy and integrity.
Key ResponsibilitiesDaily Accounting & Bookkeeping
- Maintain daily cashbook, ledger entries, and financial records
- Manage billing, receipts, invoices, and payment entries
- Record day-to-day transactions in accounting software (Tally/others)
- Maintain accounts payable and receivable
Reporting & Compliance
- Prepare daily income & expense summary
- Assist in monthly closings and reconciliation
- Prepare GST-related documents and coordinate with CA (if required)
- Ensure compliance with organizational financial policies
Coordination Tasks
- Coordinate with front office, admin, and management for financial clarifications
- Support audit processes and provide required documentation
- Assist in salary processing and expense management
Additional Responsibilities
- Maintain confidentiality of financial data
- Verify cash collection with cashier and match with system entries
- Monitor petty cash and maintain accurate logs
- Any other finance-related task assigned by management
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com/M.Com) or related field
- Knowledge of accounting software (Tally preferred)
- Proficiency in MS Excel
- Solid understanding of bookkeeping and accounting principles
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in healthcare/diagnostic center accounting (optional but preferred)
- Experience with GST filing or basic taxation

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
