We’re Hiring: B2B SaaS Sales & Marketing Executive
Location: Mohali, Punjab
Qualification: MBA (Marketing)
Experience: 3 to 8 Years
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Week Off: Saturday & Sunday
Role Overview:
We are looking for a hands-on, revenue-focused individual who can drive end-to-end sales for this new initiative. This is not a traditional marketing role. The focus is on pipeline generation, client conversations, and deal closures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and qualify leads through outbound and inbound efforts
- Conduct discovery calls, cold calls, and product demonstrations with business stakeholders
- Manage follow-ups and move prospects through the sales pipeline
- Close deals and support account expansion opportunities
- Work closely with founders to shape early go-to-market efforts
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 3–8 years of experience in B2B SaaS / software / tech solution sales
- Strong experience in lead generation, discovery calls, demos, and closing deals
- Comfortable engaging with CXOs, strategy teams, and business decision-makers
- Experience working with international clients (US / EU markets)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, early-stage environment with high ownership
Important Filters (Non-Negotiable):
- Must have direct experience selling SaaS / software / tech solutions
- Must have exposure to the end-to-end sales cycle, not just lead generation
- Should not be limited to SEO, digital marketing, or purely campaign-driven roles
Preferred Candidate Background:
- SaaS / Software product companies
- IT services firms with international B2B sales exposure
- Market research / consulting firms with consultative selling experience
