Role Overview
A Digital Marketer is responsible for planning, executing, and managing online marketing campaigns to promote a brand, generate leads, and drive sales through digital platforms such as websites, search engines, social media, email, and mobile apps.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals
- Manage campaigns across channels like Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and LinkedIn
- Optimize website content for search engines (SEO) and manage paid search (SEM)
- Create and manage content for blogs, social media, and email marketing
- Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics
- Manage social media accounts and engage with audiences
- Run email marketing campaigns and maintain customer databases
- Collaborate with design and content teams
- Monitor trends and competitor activity
Required Skills
- Knowledge of SEO & SEM techniques
- Experience with digital advertising tools and platforms
- Data analysis and reporting skills
- Content creation and copywriting
- Social media management
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS (optional but helpful)

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Certifications in digital marketing (e.g., Google Digital Garage, HubSpot Academy) are a plus
- 0–5+ years of experience depending on role level (intern/junior/senior)
