Production Manager – Metal Forming Division

Eros Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd. is hiring an experienced Production Manager to independently manage its metal forming and roll forming operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve daily and monthly production targets as per installed plant capacity.
- Independently manage roll forming machines, operators and production shifts.
- Plan production, manpower deployment and machine loading.
- Handle machine setting, roller alignment, tooling changeovers and troubleshooting.
- Improve machine utilisation and reduce downtime, rejection, scrap and rework.
- Ensure product quality as per drawings and customer specifications.
- Control raw material consumption and monitor planned versus actual yield.
- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Planning, Stores and Dispatch teams.
- Maintain production reports and conduct daily performance reviews.
- Implement safety, 5S and continuous-improvement practices.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience in roll forming machine operations.
- Diploma or degree in Mechanical, Production or Manufacturing Engineering preferred.
- Strong knowledge of roll forming machine setting, tooling and process control.
- Experience in independently achieving production targets.
- Ability to manage manpower, quality, productivity and plant capacity utilisation.
- Candidates from solar structures, cold-formed sections, PEB, cable trays or sheet-metal industries will be preferred.
Candidates without relevant roll forming experience should not apply.
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
