Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers and peripherals.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and basic network issues.
- Perform preventive maintenance and break-fix support.
- Handle hardware replacement and component upgrades.
- Support routers, switches and basic LAN connectivity.
- Maintain service reports and update tickets on time.
- Coordinate with L2 engineers and vendors for escalations.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through timely support.
