Hiring: Operations Manager – CPR Chicken Traders LLP
CPR Chicken Traders LLP is looking for an experienced Operations Manager to supervise our chicken retail outlets in Kozhikode.
Responsibilities: Manage daily operations of multiple outlets Supervise staff, attendance, hygiene, and customer service Monitor stock, sales, cash, UPI, expenses, and wastage Coordinate chicken purchases, vehicle deliveries, and branch requirements Conduct outlet inspections and submit reports Improve sales, operational efficiency, and staff performance
Requirements: 3–7 years of experience in retail, supermarket, poultry, meat, FMCG, restaurant, or distribution operations Strong leadership and problem-solving skills Knowledge of Excel, POS, and daily reporting Malayalam required; hindi and English preferred Willing to travel between outlets in Kozhikode
Salary: ₹35,000–₹60,000 per month, based on experience, plus performance incentives.
