Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused International Travel Consultant to join our team in Jaipur. The candidate will be responsible for understanding clients' travel requirements, planning international trips, preparing itineraries, and handling bookings and travel documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle international travel enquiries and convert leads into bookings.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable destinations, packages, and itineraries.
- Prepare customized international travel itineraries and quotations.
- Handle flight, hotel, transfers, sightseeing, and travel insurance bookings.
- Assist clients with visa documentation and application processes.
- Coordinate with airlines, hotels, DMCs, and international travel partners.
- Maintain regular communication with clients before and after bookings.
- Follow up with leads and achieve sales targets.
- Resolve customer queries and provide post-booking support.
Requirements
- 1–4 years of experience in international travel/tourism.
- Good knowledge of international destinations and travel packages.
- Strong communication and customer-handling skills.
- Knowledge of international visa processes will be an advantage.
- Sales-oriented with good negotiation and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of travel booking systems and MS Office.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
