The Office Assistant provides administrative and clerical support to ensure smooth day-to-day office operations. This role involves handling routine office tasks, assisting staff, managing documents, and maintaining an organized work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when needed
- Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and maintaining calendars
- Support staff with day-to-day operational tasks
- Organize and maintain physical and digital records
- Greet visitors and direct them appropriately
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and official documents
- Handle courier services, mail distribution, and dispatch
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the office environment
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Tally
- High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
