Job Summary
IPCS Global Solutions is seeking an experienced and dynamic Territory Manager to drive sales growth, manage branch operations, and lead high-performing teams within the assigned territory. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in the EdTech industry, proven team handling capability, and a solid background in sales and revenue generation.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets across branches.
- Develop and implement territory sales strategies to maximize revenue.
- Lead, mentor, and manage branch teams to ensure performance excellence.
- Monitor KPIs and take corrective actions to improve branch productivity.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence.
- Support marketing and lead generation initiatives (Online/Offline/B2B).
- Ensure smooth branch operations and adherence to company standards.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with institutions and key stakeholders.
Eligibility Criteria
- 4–7 years of experience in the EdTech industry.
- Proven experience in sales and revenue generation.
- Strong team handling and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
