Location:
Unit-II, Mouza-Patgowari, Post-Nayakund, Tal. Ramtek, Dist. Nagpur, Maharashtra
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage receipt, storage, dispensing, and dispatch of raw materials, packing materials, and finished goods.
- Ensure proper storage conditions in compliance with GMP and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate inventory records in ERP/SAP systems.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with Procurement for timely replenishment.
- Supervise warehouse personnel and daily warehouse operations.
- Handle material issuance to Production as per approved procedures.
- Coordinate with QA/QC for material sampling and status labeling.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
- Prepare and maintain warehouse documentation, logs, stock registers, and reports.
- Conduct periodic physical stock verification and inventory reconciliation.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, GDP, and company SOPs.
- Coordinate dispatch activities with transport and logistics vendors.
- Support customer, internal, and regulatory audits and inspections.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
