Lakmé Academy sec-17 CHD is looking for a passionate and skilled Hair Trainer who can inspire students and transform their creativity into professional hairdressing skills.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct practical and theory-based hair training sessions.
* Teach professional hair cutting, styling, blow-dry, hair treatments, colouring and chemical services.
* Demonstrate the latest hair techniques, trends and industry practices.
* Provide hands-on training and individual guidance to students.
* Prepare students for salon and professional career opportunities.
* Assess students’ practical skills and provide constructive feedback.
* Maintain discipline and ensure proper hygiene and safety during practical sessions.
* Keep yourself updated with the latest hair trends, products and techniques.
* Support student engagement, retention and overall learning experience.
* Coordinate with the academy team for classes, assessments and student activities.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
