Job Summary
Nest Developers is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager to lead our telecalling and sales team. The candidate will be responsible for managing leads, supervising telecallers, ensuring timely follow-ups, converting prospects into site visits, and driving overall sales performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the telecalling and sales team.
- Monitor daily lead follow-up activities and conversion rates.
- Assign leads and ensure proper CRM management.
- Train, guide, and motivate telecallers to achieve targets.
- Develop sales strategies to increase site visits and bookings.
- Track team performance and prepare daily/weekly reports.
- Coordinate with sales executives and management.
- Ensure customer inquiries are handled professionally.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Improve lead conversion and customer engagement processes.
Requirements
- Minimum 1–4 years of experience in Sales, Tele Sales, or Real Estate Sales.
- Previous team handling experience preferred.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Fluency in Malayalam and English.
- Knowledge of CRM software and lead management systems.
- Target-driven and self-motivated.
- Real estate industry experience will be an added advantage.
