Job Responsibilities:
· Handle inbound sales inquiries received through calls, emails, website forms, chat, and social media.
· Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide accurate product/service information.
· Qualify leads by understanding customer requirements, budget, and purchase timeline.
· Conduct discovery calls and recommend suitable solutions based on customer needs.
· Build and nurture relationships with prospective customers to drive conversions.
· Follow up regularly with leads to maximize sales opportunities. Prepare and share quotations, proposals, and pricing details.
· Address customer objections and negotiate effectively to close sales.
· Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
· Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities in the CRM system.
· Coordinate with Marketing and Operations teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
· Track lead progress through the sales pipeline and provide regular status updates.
· Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities with existing customers.
· Resolve customer queries and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
· Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify business opportunities.
· Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and performance metrics. Ensure timely follow-ups and maintain a high lead-to-conversion ratio.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
