Senior Sales & Operations Manager – Haj & Umrah
Location: Mumbai
Experience: 5+ Years in Haj, Umrah, or Travel Industry
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the entire Haj & Umrah business operations.
- Drive B2C sales and achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
- Build and supervise Sales, Visa, Ticketing, Hotel Reservations, Transport, and Customer Support teams.
- Oversee visa processing, flight bookings, hotel allotments, transportation, and documentation.
- Ensure smooth coordination between sales and operations departments.
- Develop sales and marketing strategies to increase pilgrim registrations.
- Handle key customer relationships and resolve escalations.
- Monitor service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Recruit, train, and manage team members.
- Maintain relationships with airlines, hotels, transport providers, and suppliers.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and Saudi regulations.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Haj, Umrah, or Travel Management.
- Strong leadership, sales, and operational management skills.
- Experience managing teams and end-to-end travel operations.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Package:
- Salary: ₹55,000 – ₹75,000 per month (based on experience)

Pay: ₹1,000.00 - ₹3,200.00 per day
