We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager to drive business growth and expand market presence. The ideal candidate should possess strong sales, client relationship, and team management skills with the ability to achieve revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Generate leads through field visits, networking, and strategic partnerships.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Develop and implement business growth strategies.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and service delivery.
- Prepare sales reports and performance updates for management.
- Represent the company at business meetings, events, and promotional activities.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
