We are seeking a proactive and performance-driven Digital Marketing Executive with 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing. The candidate should have hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads, strong analytical and coordination skills, and the ability to execute and optimize digital campaigns to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize Meta and Google Ads campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare MIS/reports.
- Analyze campaign metrics (ROAS, CTR, CPC, CPA, etc.) and implement improvements.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external marketing agencies.
- Create engaging ad copies and social media content.
- Support promotional campaigns, product launches, and seasonal marketing activities.
- Utilize AI tools for content creation and campaign planning.
- Maintain marketing reports and collaborate with the e-commerce team to improve online sales.
Required Skills:
- 1–2 years of experience in Digital/Performance Marketing.
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Basic knowledge of GA4, Meta Pixel, and campaign tracking.
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
- Strong communication, analytical, and coordination skills.
- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT or Gemini.
- Knowledge of Shopify, Google Merchant Center, and Canva is an added advantage.
Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Experience with e-commerce brands is preferred.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
