We are seeking a skilled and proactive Maintenance Technician to ensure the smooth operation, maintenance, and repair of machinery and equipment used in our jewellery manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in machine maintenance, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine inspection, maintenance, and servicing of jewellery manufacturing machines and equipment.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic faults.
- Conduct preventive and breakdown maintenance to minimize machine downtime.
- Monitor machine performance and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Maintain maintenance records, service logs, and spare parts inventory.
- Coordinate with production teams to ensure uninterrupted manufacturing operations.
- Install, test, and commission new machinery and equipment as required.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company maintenance procedures.
- Identify recurring equipment issues and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain workshop tools and equipment in good working condition.
Required Qualifications
- ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or related field.
- 2–5 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience in jewellery manufacturing machinery will be preferred.
- Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and basic automation systems.
- Ability to read technical manuals, machine drawings, and maintenance schedules.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
