Job Summary
The Hindi Teacher is responsible for delivering high-quality instruction in accordance with the CBSE curriculum, fostering language proficiency, literature appreciation, and communication skills among students. The teacher creates an engaging learning environment, assesses student performance, and contributes to the overall academic development of the school.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver Hindi lessons as per the CBSE curriculum.
- Prepare lesson plans, teaching aids, worksheets, and assessments.
- Develop students' reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills in Hindi.
- Conduct periodic assessments, maintain student records, and provide constructive feedback.
- Prepare students for CBSE examinations and internal assessments.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding students' academic progress.
- Participate in parent-teacher meetings, school events, and co-curricular activities.
- Undertake examination duties, invigilation, and evaluation responsibilities.
- Attend staff meetings, workshops, and professional development programs.
- Perform any other academic or administrative duties assigned by the school management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Hindi or a related subject.
- B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) from a recognized institution.
- CTET/TET qualification (preferred or as applicable).
- Knowledge of the CBSE curriculum and assessment patterns.
Experience
- Primary School (PRT): 1–3 years of teaching experience (preferred).
- Middle/Secondary School (TGT): 2–5 years of CBSE teaching experience.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
