Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced CMA (Certified Management Accountant) Trainer to deliver instructor-led training sessions for students preparing for CMA certification. The trainer will provide conceptual and practical coaching covering management accounting, financial planning, performance management, and strategic financial analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct live training sessions for CMA certification preparation
- Teach CMA syllabus topics including financial reporting, cost management, budgeting, and performance analysis
- Deliver concept-based explanations with practical business examples
- Provide guidance on exam preparation strategies and problem-solving techniques
- Prepare study materials, presentations, assignments, and mock tests
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback and mentoring
- Support learners with exam-oriented training and doubt-clearing sessions
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Management Accounting and Financial Analysis
- In-depth understanding of CMA syllabus and examination structure
- Experience in financial planning, cost accounting, and performance management
- Excellent teaching, communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to simplify complex financial concepts
Preferred Qualifications
- CMA (US or India) qualified or pursuing certification
- 3+ years of teaching or industry experience in finance/accounting
- Prior training or coaching experience preferred
Work Schedule
- Part-time engagement
- Weekday evening or weekend batches
- Flexible training hours
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹1,632,606.45 per month
