Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Surveyor for Civil Construction Projects. The candidate should have strong knowledge of land surveying, level checking, layout marking, quantity measurements, and excellent working knowledge of AutoCAD for preparation and verification of drawings, layouts, and site coordinates.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct site surveys, layout marking, and level measurements for civil works.
- Perform topographical surveys, contour surveys, and alignment checking.
- Handle centerline marking, grid marking, excavation levels, and finished levels.
- Coordinate with Project Engineers, Planning Team, and Execution Team for accurate layout execution.
- Prepare and verify survey reports, coordinates, and measurements.
- Operate Total Station, Auto Level, DGPS, and other surveying instruments.
- Prepare AutoCAD drawings, site layouts, and as-built drawings.
- Maintain records of survey data, benchmarks, and measurements.
- Ensure accuracy of dimensions and execution as per approved drawings.
- Support billing and quantity verification through actual site measurements.
- Coordinate with consultants and clients during inspections and approvals.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of AutoCAD.
- Good knowledge of Total Station & Auto Level operations.
- Understanding of civil drawings and project layouts.
- Knowledge of road work, grading, earthwork, RCC, and structural layouts preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
- Good mathematical and calculation skills.
- Strong coordination and reporting ability.
- Knowledge of quantity measurement and BOQ understanding preferred.
Qualification
- Diploma / ITI / Degree in Civil Engineering or Surveying.
- Certification in Surveying instruments will be preferred.
Experience
- 3–8 Years experience in Civil Construction / Infrastructure Projects.
- Experience in Industrial, Road, Site Development, or Building Projects preferred.
Software Knowledge
- AutoCAD (Mandatory)
- MS Excel
- Survey Software preferred
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
