THE MANDATE
We are building the most aggressive freight-hunting vertical in the industry. We do not have a three-month onboarding cycle, we do not have a warming-up period, and we are not looking for desk bound strategists.
Whether you are applying as a Sales Executive or the Sales Head, you must possess an active, portable, and loyal Book of Business. We provide the most competitive carrier contracts, bulletproof operational execution, and uncapped financial incentives. Your job is to plug in your network and switch on revenue from Day one.
Role & Responsibility Breakdowns By Tier
EXECUTIVE BAND
Positions: Sales Executive / Senior Sales Executive
Experience: 2 to 5 Years of frontline freight sales
- Day-1 Expectation: Immediately secure FCL/LCL/Air spot bookings from your active SME and mid-corporate shipper network.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Execute daily commercial pitches to active exporters and importers.
- Generate immediate field sales volume and clear weekly Gross Profit (GP) milestones.
- Coordinate directly with internal pricing desks to lock spot rates and close client bookings instantly.
MANAGEMENT BAND
Positions: Assistant Sales Manager / Sales Manager / Senior Sales Manager
Experience: 5 to 9 Years in corporate logistics sales
- Day-1 Expectation: Secure repeat monthly volume allocations from large-scale corporate shippers and manufacturing houses.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and scale high-volume corporate accounts across major trade lanes (APAC, Europe, US corridors).
- Lead, mentor, and track the daily sales targets of a designated pod of sales executives.
- Structure complex commercial proposals and negotiate contract rates with major shipping lines and NVOCCs.
LEADERSHIP BAND
Positions: General Manager (Sales) / Head of Sales
Experience: 10 to 15+ Years of proven logistics leadership
- Day one Expectation: Onboard institutional accounts and win high-volume manufacturing/MNC tenders within your first week.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Take absolute ownership of the entire sales department’s P&L and gross profit generation.
- Design and execute high-yield trade lane strategies to maximize container volume efficiency.
- Strengthen high-level procurement channels with shipping line executives to secure priority space allocations.
- Build, hire, and run a highly accountable, target-driven sales engine.
