Job Description
We are looking for a Billing Executive with at least 1 year of experience to join our jewellery showroom in Nagercoil. The ideal candidate should be responsible for accurate billing, handling customer transactions, and maintaining billing records while providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate customer bills accurately using billing software.
- Handle cash, UPI, card, and other payment transactions.
- Maintain billing records and daily sales reports.
- Verify product details and pricing before billing.
- Assist customers with billing-related queries.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth billing operations.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of billing experience (Jewellery retail experience preferred).
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and billing software.
- Good communication skills in Tamil (English is an added advantage).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Honest, responsible, and customer-friendly.
