Job Responsibilities
- Manage company social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Google Business Profile).
- Create and publish engaging posts, graphics, and reels.
- Design creatives using Canva or similar tools.
- Plan and maintain a monthly content calendar.
- Run and optimize Facebook & Instagram advertising campaigns.
- Generate leads through social media and digital marketing activities.
- Monitor page performance, engagement, and follower growth.
- Reply to comments, messages, and inquiries on social media platforms.
- Research industry trends and create relevant content related to GeM, tenders, MSMEs, and government procurement.
- Submit weekly and monthly performance reports.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of Facebook Ads and Instagram Ads.
- Experience with Canva or similar design tools.
- Understanding of social media platforms and content creation.
- Good communication and writing skills.
- Knowledge of LinkedIn marketing is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
- Graduate or pursuing graduation.
- Fresher or experienced candidates may apply.
- Prior experience in digital marketing is preferred but not mandatory.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Minimum 25–30 social media posts per month.
- Minimum 8–12 reels per month.
- Consistent growth in followers and engagement.
- Lead generation through digital channels.
- Timely posting and campaign management.
- Monthly performance reporting.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
