Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and service-oriented Restaurant Stewards (OJT) to join our Food & Beverage team. The candidate will assist in providing excellent guest service, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting smooth restaurant operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist guests in a polite and professional manner.
- Set up tables, arrange cutlery, crockery, glassware, and napkins.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and communicate them to the kitchen/bar.
- Serve food and beverages efficiently according to service standards.
- Clear and reset tables promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the restaurant and service areas.
- Assist senior stewards and restaurant supervisors during service.
- Handle guest requests and coordinate with the relevant department.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety standards.
- Support opening and closing duties of the restaurant.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude while interacting with guests and team members.
Required Skills

- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service is an advantage.

Eligibility
- Freshers and candidates pursuing/completing Hotel Management, Hospitality, or related courses can apply.
- OJT candidates with a strong interest in the hospitality industry are encouraged to apply.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
