Title: Management Trainee/Sales Officers
Job Purpose:
Drive sales in the assigned territory by managing dealer networks, promoting products, and supporting field-level activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve monthly sales targets in the allocated territory.
- Handle dealer orders, ensure billing/collection and maintain relationships.
- Execute field activities such as farmer meetings, demos, retailer visits.
- Conduct daily territory coverage and maintain visit reports.
- Promote Biofactor products and create product demand.
- Collect market intelligence (competitor pricing, schemes, products).
- Coordinate with ASM and ensure proper implementation of sales strategy.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Degree in Agriculture or any graduation with agri sales experience.
- 0–2 years in fertilizer, bio-products, or agri-input sales.
- Strong field orientation and communication.
Ability to build dealer/farmer relations.
Locations: Warangal, Kurnool, Kadapa, Anantapur, Coastal, Rayachoty
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
