We are currently hiring for the following positions at Hotel Saffron Leaf:
Key Responsibilities
- Dish & Utensil Washing: Operate commercial dishwashers and manually scrub pots, pans, cookware, cutlery, and kitchen tools to high sanitation standards.
- Equipment & Station Setup: Clean, sanitize, and properly store all kitchenware, plates, and utensils in designated storage areas.
- Kitchen Sanitation: Sweep, mop, and sanitize kitchen floors, drains, work surfaces, and food preparation areas throughout the shift.
- Waste Management: Empty garbage cans, segregate waste, and dispose of trash and recycling in accordance with food safety standards.
- Chemical Safety: Safely handle, mix, and store cleaning chemicals and sanitation equipment according to hotel safety guidelines.
- Chef & Service Support: Assist culinary staff with basic kitchen tasks and ensure service stations have adequate supplies during high-volume periods.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Prior experience in hotel, restaurant, or banquet stewarding preferred (freshers welcome to apply).
- Knowledge of basic sanitation procedures and hygiene guidelines.
- Ability to stand, bend, lift heavy items (up to 20–25 kg), and work in a warm, fast-paced environment.
- Strong team player with a willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
