Position: Telecaller

Reporting To: Admin Manager / HR
Salary Range: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month
Role Summary: The Telecaller will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls related to school admissions, parent enquiries, and follow-ups with clear, polite, and professional communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to parents regarding admissions and follow-ups
- Attend incoming calls and respond to school-related enquiries
- Maintain daily call and enquiry records
- Coordinate with admissions and admin teams
- Ensure courteous and professional communication
- Achieve assigned calling targets
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Graduate / Undergraduate
- Good communication skills in Hindi & English
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel)
- Confident and polite communication style
Experience:
- Fresher or up to 1–2 years of experience (school experience preferred)
