Job Summary
The Receptionist is the first point of contact for patients and visitors at the IVF hospital. The role is responsible for welcoming patients, managing appointments, handling inquiries, and ensuring smooth front desk operations while delivering a high level of patient experience and confidentiality in a sensitive healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome patients, visitors, and attendants in a professional and courteous manner.
- Manage patient appointments, scheduling, confirmations, and rescheduling.
- Register new patients and maintain accurate patient records in the Hospital Management System (HMS).
- Handle incoming calls, inquiries, and provide basic information about services and procedures.
- Coordinate patient flow between reception, consultation rooms, and other departments.
- Manage billing coordination, token systems, and waiting time updates.
- Ensure patient privacy, confidentiality, and data protection at all times.
- Assist patients with forms, documentation, and hospital processes.
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and counselors for appointment updates.
- Handle patient complaints or escalate issues to the concerned department.
- Maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and professional appearance of the reception area.
- Support administrative tasks as assigned by the Floor Manager or Operations team.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate in any discipline (preferred in Hospitality, Healthcare, or Administration).
- 1–3 years of experience in front office, hospital reception, or customer service role.
- Experience in IVF / healthcare hospital setting will be an added advantage.

- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, HMS software preferred).

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
