We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer to join our dynamic team at Modula. In this role, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing innovative, functional, and brand-aligned design solutions across residential and retail projects. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that all design elements align with project requirements and enhance the end-user experience. Key Responsibilities: Meet clients to understand their space, requirements, and lifestyle preferences. Help sales team with client closures. Create modular kitchen layouts, 2D/3D designs, and presentations using AutoCAD, SketchUp, or equivalent software. Develop design concepts considering ergonomics, space optimization, and material selection. Prepare detailed drawings and coordinate with the production team for manufacturing feasibility. Suggest suitable finishes, materials, and color combinations aligned with client preferences and company standards. Conduct site measurements and ensure accuracy in drawings and execution. Collaborate with sales, production, and installation teams for smooth project execution. Manage revisions and ensure client satisfaction throughout the design and installation process. Stay updated with design trends, modular fittings, hardware, and materials. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in modular kitchen or interior design industry (freshers with strong portfolios may apply). Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, or equivalent design tools. Strong understanding of modular kitchen components, materials, and fittings. Excellent visualization, communication, and presentation skills. Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and space-planning abilities. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Skills (Good to Have): Experience working with modular kitchen brands (e.g., Häfele, Hettich, Blum, etc.). Knowledge of production drawings and site supervision. Understanding of budgeting and BOQ preparation.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,600.29 per month
