Job Summary
We are looking for energetic and motivated candidates to join our team as Field Marketing Executives for promoting our HVAC products and services. The role involves visiting client locations, generating leads, and supporting the sales team in expanding the company’s market presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit commercial buildings, offices, apartments, and industrial areas to promote HVAC services
- Generate new business leads and maintain customer relationships
- Conduct field visits to identify potential clients for HVAC installation and service
- Explain company services such as HVAC installation, maintenance, and AMC
- Coordinate with the technical and sales teams for project follow-ups
- Maintain daily field visit reports and lead data
- Assist in marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and client meetings
- Support customer inquiries and ensure timely follow-up
Qualifications
- Diploma/Engineering - Mechanical Engineer
- Freshers or candidates with 0–1 year experience in marketing or sales
- communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to travel for field marketing activities
Skills Required
- Basic marketing and customer interaction skills
- Confidence in client communication
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets
- Willingness to learn about HVAC systems and services
