We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Service Management Professional to oversee end-to-end service operations for manufacturing products. The candidate will be responsible for managing product service activities, customer support, service planning, spare parts coordination, technical team handling, and overall after-sales service management from A to Z.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complete service operations for manufacturing products and equipment.
- Handle installation, commissioning, maintenance, and breakdown services.
- Coordinate with production, quality, stores, and sales departments for smooth service execution.
- Lead and manage service engineers, technicians, and support staff.
- Monitor customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
- Plan preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
- Maintain service records, AMC contracts, warranty claims, and service reports.
- Ensure availability of spare parts and coordinate inventory requirements.
- Improve customer satisfaction through effective service management.
- Prepare monthly service performance reports and management updates.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and quality procedures.
- Develop and implement service improvement strategies.
- Support product troubleshooting and technical issue resolution.
- Coordinate with clients for service schedules and technical discussions.
- Manage service-related documentation and process control activities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or related Engineering field.
- Proven experience in manufacturing product service management.
- Strong knowledge of after-sales service operations and customer handling.
- Experience in team management and coordination.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage complete service activities independently.
Preferred Experience
- 5+ years of experience in manufacturing industry service management.
- Experience in handling industrial products, machinery, or equipment service operations.
