Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
- Coordinate employee onboarding and induction processes.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Monitor attendance, leave, and employee data.
- Assist in payroll and HR administration activities.
- Handle employee grievances and support employee relations.
- Address employee queries and coordinate with different departments.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and HR operations.
- Prepare HR reports and maintain HRMIS data.
Requirements:
- MBA in Human Resources (HR).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.

Pay: ₹10,860.76 - ₹33,147.54 per month
Work Location: In person
